What exceptional service !

Our Gardening club had run out of ink whilst printing for our annual flower and produce show. We ordered a new cartridge and it arrived ahead of time. However, we could not get it to work. We contacted the company by email and quickly got a friendly supportive reply. One of our younger committee members understood the technology and got the printer working with the new cartridge. The speed and friendliness of the support from the company team has been outstanding, I commend this company to you all !
